One of the very first things I help my business coaching clients do when they work with me is to establish a very simple meditation practice. This isn’t the sitting cross-legged and chanting kind, but rather, a guided, specific type that benefits all aspects of their lives. In light of these confusing times, I’d decided to offer a special meditation that I just recorded the other day. This is free and requires no email to download.
With the way the world is right now, as well as our need to carry on as best we can in business, it’s essential our internal tools are sharp. Taking action will only get you so far if your mental saw is dull, but meditation can make it sharp. And I won’t bother preaching about all the health benefits, but suffice it to say that strengthening your immune system is pretty important right now.
Here are the free downloads. The first is a brief intro on specific breathing techniques, and the second audio is the 15-minute meditation itself, engineered with brain wave reducing technology to help you relax even faster.
Additionally, I’m holding a free Zoom class Tuesday 3-24, Noon PST to answer questions and invite community in an otherwise isolated world. There will be nothing for sale, just a handful of people interested in understanding more about how something as simple as shutting your eyes for a few minutes can improve your business and your life and the MAIN REASON it’s so hard. Here is the Zoom information:

In addition to helping yourself in ways you might not yet imagine, you are also helping everyone else on the planet. While that may seem like a bold statement, the science is pretty clear that we are all energetic beings. The frequency we hold and emit has a measurable impact on all living things. When we run around in high-stress mode we are, in effect, adding to the problem. However, when we bring about a more positive energy to the world, people heal, problems are resolved, and life becomes more manageable.
Take care of yourself and your loved ones in these trying times, and I hope you’ll join in our meditation.
